Scholarship Application submission period
January 5 – March 23, 2024

The Dreamers, Visionaries, and Leaders (DVL) Project was established in 2009 and dedicated to honoring the African American contribution to our American History. In 2013 we expanded our efforts to celebrate our Hispanic Brothers and Sisters through the recognition of Hispanic Heritage Month. We will continue to grow in our inclusiveness of multicultural contributions to our American History. To date we have honored 188 local High Desert People of Color for their professional accomplishments and community service.

In 2014 the Dreamers, Visionaries, and Leaders (DVL) Project established its Legacy Scholarship Program. To date we have provided scholarships to approximately 60 High Desert College bound students!

Welcome to Year Nine of the Dreamers, Visionaries & Leaders (“DVL”) Legacy Scholarships Program.
